House Fire

   One day last week I was sitting peacefully at my computer editing some photos. I glanced out my window, and where there should have been a clear blue sky I saw a plume of white smoke billowing from the ground below. After uttering a few expletives and dashing over to the window, I saw that my neighbor's house was on fire. Luckily, the fire department came quickly and everybody got out of the house safely. From my room I had an excellent view of the burning house, and since I wasn't going to be much help putting out the fire I took some photos of the firemen at work.
