A Bug, A Dandelion, and This Weird Thing We Found on The Beach

This one requires a little bit of explaining. My friends and I went to Point Reyes in hopes of catching a nice sunset. It was cloudy out so the sunset didn't really happen, but we did find this huge fleshy thing washed up on the beach. To me it looked like an drowned elephant that was rotting on the beach. In reality I guess it was a huge piece of sea fungus or something of that nature. Anyways, it made for a cool macro shot.
